Butcher may deliver meat on a coordinated date.  Buyer to call and make arrangements before the fair if possible – if not available then the livestock sale committee will look for an alternative for you.

Write down a second choice as we have limits on the number of hogs that our local butchers will take so we may need to go to a backup.
